About Us
Academics
Academic rigor is a core value at Queen of Peace school. Our teachers aim for instruction that meets students in their "stretch zone"--challenging in just the right way.
We offer Intervention Services for qualifying students who need assistance in math and reading.
We offer our Qaleidoscope Program for qualifying students who need extra enrichment and instructional depth.
Faculty & Staff
Queen of Peace School has a really talented staff. Simply put... they are good at their craft. They know their stuff. Plus, they are dedicated to the school, giving of their time and talents in all sorts of ways. Most importantly, they love the privilege and responsibility of helping our students grow.
Technology
Technology at Queen of Peace school is both the medium and the message. In other words, it is used to facilitate classroom learning and to prepare our students for how to use it responsibly in their own independent learning endeavors.
We have a 1:1 device program. Students in K-2 use iPads. Students in 3-8 use chromebooks. Furthermore, each core classroom is equipped with an interactive whiteboard. We also boast campus-wide wifi.
Our most distinctive technologies--robots, circuitry, 3D printers--can be found in our fully-equipped Makerspace.
Faith
Our cornerstone. We only succeed insofar as we teach students to find Jesus in themselves and others, and to pursue their highest personal character.
Staff are mindful of modeling these core values for our students.
Our students attend Mass every week. They also participate regularly in adoration and other faith formation activities inspired by our goal to create missionary disciples. To learn more about past faith-based projects:

The Vikings compete in the Greater Cincinnati Catholic Youth Sports league (GCCYS) for basketball and volleyball, the Greater Catholic Youth League (GCYL) for football, Cincinnati CYO for track, as well as the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP®).
The Queen of Peace Parish Center offers first class amenities, including a gymnasium, locker rooms, and concessions.
Why Catholic Education?
A Solid Foundation for the Future
It is our belief that a strong Catholic education educates the whole child. This is achieved through academics, athletics, fine arts, performance arts, music, technology, clubs and organizations. Most importantly, we teach the Catholic faith. By teaching the Catholic faith and values, worshiping as a community, and putting our faith into action through service to others, your child will receive a well-balanced and well-rounded education. We truly aim to educate the whole child.
The Value of a Catholic Education
According to the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Catholic school students consistently outperform national norms on standardized tests. The elementary schools produced academic results that were more than 2+ grades years ahead of national norms. Student growth is consistent as students progress through elementary school (from 1 year ahead of norms in 3rd grade to 2+ years in 8th grade). Your child will be very prepared and ready to excel in high school.Academic Excellence
- Our students do well on the high school placement test and are equipped for the academic rigor of any high school.
- Our students have been named National Merit Finalists, valedictorians and top 10 students.
- A comparison of math and reading standardized test results show that Catholic School students* outperform public schools by 18 points. (*tested at 8th grade)
